COLLEGE ATHLETES TO REAL ESTATE DEALMAKERS: A&A REALTY

While wrestling for the University of Oklahoma, Antonio and Alex discovered a mutual passion for one day getting into real estate. Despite starting with limited capital, they realized that they could create immense value by simply finding great deals for investors.

They realized that if they couldn't buy properties themselves, they could still create value by identifying and securing incredible deals for local investors. Between practices, classes, and study time, Antonio and Alex spent their time scouring for deals, networking with investors, and learning what truly makes a property a winning investment. Cold calling homeowners, mailing court records, and making appointments to walk distressed properties became their life outside of school and wrestling. One conversation at a time they learned how to low ball and negotiate for the absolute best deals possible. Their efforts were successful—within just their first year, they facilitated over $1.5 million in real estate transactions. In less than 11 months helped investors acquire more than 30 properties, each one carefully vetted to ensure solid returns, whether through flips or long-term holds.

Through this process, they developed an exceptional eye for spotting opportunities, and more importantly, they honed a system that allows them to do so at scale. Now, with their college days behind them, Antonio and Alex have fully committed to their craft. Their self-sustaining system, designed to identify and secure prime real estate deals, enables them to cherry-pick the very best opportunities for their investors. To date, they help investors acquire between three to five properties a month.

Every day they continue to build on what they started. Every month they are implementing better ways to more consistently deliver high-quality deals that meet the specific needs of their growing network of investors. Antonio and Alex's system demonstrates that when a deal is strong enough, capital is never a barrier. No matter the market conditions or external factors influencing the cost of capital and investment strategies, they firmly believe that the only true limitation is deal volume—not access to capital.
